Adjunct instructor shares thoughts on coffee shop racism

Shortly after two black men were arrested in a Starbucks in Philadelphia in April, Adjunct Instructor Alfredo Weeks wrote a piece about coffee shop racism.

"I open the door to a coffee shop, and as soon as I get inside I feel the stares," Weeks wrote in his piece published on Medium.

He recently spoke to The Guardian about the piece.
