Student Leadership Award nominations

Please see the following nomination form. Every student organization and student leader is invited to nominate people for our Annual Student Leadership Banquet and Award ceremony.  You are welcome to nominate your own club/event/leaders or any other club/student/event.  The nominations will then be sent out to the entire student body to vote for to determine the winners.

  • March 2 - March 19: Student nominations open
  • March 23 - April 3 : Voting for all awards on myCCAD
  • April 1st: Invitations for banquet sent via email
  • April 17: Student Leadership Banquet (invitation only) at Columbus Museum of Art from 11am-1pm
This event is invitation only, nominees and winners will be sent an invitation in early April. 

Please nominate one person or event per category.

The Faculty/Staff Involvement Award is presented annually to celebrate the exemplary efforts of a faculty member outside the classroom as nominated and voted on by the student body.  We want to recognize a faculty or staff member who students feel contributes their time and energy beyond their job description, whether it is through organizations, activities, or just making their guidance readily available to the student body.
The Student Event of the Year Award is presented annually to recognize the hard work students put into running an event and recognizes an event which students thoroughly enjoyed or supported.
The Outstanding Student Organization of the Year Award is presented annually to recognize an student organization that has an important campus presence, active members, meaningful meetings and strong leadership. 
The Student Leader of the Year Award is presented annually to a student who has made a considerable impact on campus through leadership in student organizations and involvement.
