Alum Jay Fletcher creates gorgeous packaging for SNL playing cards

"Live from New York, it's Saturday Night Live Playing Cards!"

CCAD alum Jay Fletcher's (Illustration, 2000) letterpress package design is the face of new SNL playing cards. Designed from the ground up and featuring illustrations of iconic skits by Harold Apples and Jacob Rhoades, these playing cards are a fitting tribute to an American institution.

The cards are available for $10 on National Dry Goods. In addition to their stylish design, they're made entirely in the USA, using FSC-certified paper derived from sustainable forests, vegetable-based inks, and starch-based laminates.
