Alum named 2021 illustrator to follow

Congrats to CCAD alum Maja Andersen (Illustration, 1983) who was recently named one of 30 "illustrators to follow in 2021" by Creative Bloom. Andersen, whose experience includes illustrating for Hallmark Cards, various books for young readers, and a Young Reader's series for Chronicle Books, says her inspiration comes from retro-Scandinavian modern design, folk art, dance, a wide range of eclectic music, and Dr. Sketchy's, a monthly meetup figure drawing class.
