Alumna lead animator on new Beatles music video

Animation alumna Barbara Benas (CCAD 2010) was the lead animator on the Beatles' Words of Love, a new music video produced by international animation studio Passion.

The video illustrates the story of the Beatles going from a low-budget touring band to a global success and was used as a promo for the release of an album of BBC recordings of the Beatles from 1963. It combines with archival footage of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison, with new bits of animation.

Benas is from Rolling Meadows, IL, and attended Saint Viator High School.
