Alumna is recognized for infant clothing concept
Jen Chapman (CCAD, 2004) and her company Redsnapper Baby & Toddler will be featured in the upcoming issue of HOW design magazine.
Redsnapper Baby & Toddler is a company which provides unique and trendy baby clothing. Chapman and her husband, Rob Chapman, launched the company about 18 months ago.
“After the birth of our first daughter, we realized how easy it was to mis-snap the three snaps on a onesie,” Chapman said.
The onesie design that the Chapman’s created has a red snap in the middle to help parents color code the order. The button also only snaps to itself.
Chapman, an Advertising & Graphic Design major, worked on the identity of the brand and designed the website, marketing materials, and clothing. Her husband works along with Chapman coming up with the quirky sayings such as their popular onesie, “Zombie Proof.”
The magazine article will feature Redsnapper and the concept and design of the company.
