Alumnus displays work in Columbus venues

Rankin's encaustic painting "Untitled"

Advertising & Graphic Design alumnus Chris Rankin (CCAD 1994) will have his work displayed in two Columbus, OH, venues this summer.

His encaustic paintings will be hung at Basil, a restaurant in the Short North, Columbus' arts district, through August. He will also have his work displayed at the Bexley Public Library in September and October.

Rankin is currently working on landscapes painted with pigmented beeswax. He is also the co-founder and principal of Creative Spot, a full-service ad agency founded in 1994.
