Alumnus featured on cover of weekly newspaper

Illustration alumnus Paul Tepper (CCAD 2001) was recently featured on the cover of Columbus Alive! to promote his selection as one of 10 emerging artists in the 2011 Columbus Arts Festival.

“Tepper's booth at the arts festival this weekend is his first step from galleries into open-air art markets, where he hopes to go from ’emerging artist’ to pro,” writes Jackie Mantey. “But trust he'll keep his inspirations around.”

"I keep those art history books out," Tepper said in the article, "to keep logs on the fire."

Also included in the Emerging Artist Program was Fine Arts alumna Chelstin Ross (CCAD 2009). Ross and her watercolors were featured in the Columbus Dispatch. Read more here.
