Alumnus has show at local library
Associate Professor and Photography alumnus Hiroshi Hayakawa has an exhibition, Paper Pups, at the Bexley Public Library in Bexley, OH, through Aug. 31.
The exhibition of Hayakawa’s paper crafts is based on his recently published book, Paper Pups: 35 Dogs to Copy, Cut & Fold. The display features 40 paper sculptures of dog breeds that Hayakawa designed and created.
Hayakawa teaches photography, material studies, and drawing at CCAD. He was born and raised in Japan and works in alternative photography, kinetic sculpture, and paper craft.
