Executive search firm recruits art with CCAD Connections

Walking into BeecherHill, a local executive search firm, may feel more like entering an art museum. The recruiting company’s original location in the Gahanna/New Albany area was built to house medical offices and did not accommodate BeecherHill’s desired warmth and creativity. The firm recently made the move to a fresh space along the Scioto River that has since been filled with local artwork, including that of CCAD's former President, Denny Griffith.

“The collaborative space allows employees to learn better from each other by experiencing the daily work each employee is doing," Senior Managing Director Wilson Browning told Columbus CEO magazine.
