Fine Arts student is Art Prize finalist
Destiny Ryan (Fine Arts, 2020) was selected as one of 40 finalists for the 2019 AXA Art Prize. Ryan was selected out of a pool of more than 500 applicants in the figurative art competition. Their work will be exhibited in California, at the San Francisco Art Institute; in Chicago, at the Richard Gray Gallery; and in New York at the New Work Academy of Art. The 40 finalists are also eligible for a $10,000 first-place prize from jurors. Read more here.
