MFA alumni exhibit work in group exhibition
MFA alumni Nathan Gorgen and Elena Harvey Collins are participating in Shifting Margins, a group exhibition put on by OFF Space, in San Francisco.
The exhibition includes the work of 22 artists and will be shown in two different locations. Part of the exhibit will be at the Aggregate Space in Oakland, CA, running through Oct. 20, and the other part will be at the Red Poppy Art House in San Francisco, running through Nov. 10.
OFF Space describes itself as a gallery without walls, a nomadic venture exploring real-world site-specificity. Their aim is to raise the level of public discourse around contemporary art by staging aesthetically engaging and thought-provoking exhibitions in traditional and nontraditional spaces.
