Printmaking show includes CCAD students, alumni

Seven CCAD alumni and students join four other Central Ohio artists in Offset, a collaborative print show at Ohio State University's Urban Arts Space.

The exhibition, curated by recent Fine Arts alumnus Ian Ballantyne (CCAD 2014), seeks to present a new take on prints and the printmaking community. From framed traditional prints to installation pieces, the work of the artists collectively creates a dialogue about the growth and handling of the ever-evolving media of printmaking.

CCAD artists in the show include Fine Arts alumni Ian Ballantyne, Chris Blain, Sam Branden, Jordin Caudill, and Kent Rhodebeck (all CCAD 2014); Fine Arts senior Clair Morey; and Illustration senior Jacob Tanner.

Offset runs through June 28 at OSU's Urban Arts Space, 50 W. Town St., Suite 130, Columbus, OH, 43215.

Ballantyne is from Columbus, OH (Saint Charles Prep High School); Blaine is from London, OH (London High School); Branden is from Streetsboro, OH (Solon High School); Caudill is from Hilliard, OH (Mount Vernon High School); Morey is from Columbus, OH (Upper Arlington High School); Rhodebeck is from Mount Gilead, OH (Northmor Local High School); and Tanner is from Delaware, OH (Olentangy High School).
