About the presentation:
Incontinence is both an emotional issue and a physical issue. Twenty-five million people suffer from incontinence, more women than men, but it is a rarely discussed issue. This project focuses on improving the product/service experience for the end users of incontinence products by providing opportunities to improve confidence, assurance, and dignity. Our background in human-centered design provides a lens that focuses on deep user needs, both functional and emotional. By using an empathy-based approach we want to uncover the opportunities for Cardinal Health to innovate in the current line of products and provide a recommendation to deliver a holistic idea that future products/services need to address.
