Artist Statement:

The degradation of the image through various photographic and experimental processes allows for a space of questioning. Destabilizing the understanding of an image, what
began as three-dimensional forms were then photographed and hand collaged to distort and further abstract the original forms. The resulting abstract forms are stripped of color and isolated, toward an ongoing and fluid investigation.
