Take a moment to take care of yourself. CCAD students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in these free, weekly drop-in yoga and meditation classes Mondays during the fall and spring semesters. (Classes are not held during holidays or when the college is otherwise closed.) No previous experience is required; yoga equipment such as mats and props is recommended.
