Have you ever wondered which classes to take to reach your job or career goals after CCAD?
Is there a class you’ve loved, but you don’t know how it could apply to a job or career after CCAD?
Have you ever wished you could speak with a Career Advisor and your Academic Advisor at the same time?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, Hustle & Grow, the new collaborative program from Career Services and Academic Advising, is for you! The focus and location of Hustle & Grow varies by major and gives students an opportunity to meet with Career Services & Academic Advising in one meeting. Hustle & Grow is geared toward sophomores and juniors, but is open to any CCAD student who need assistance:
• identifying the skills they need to develop for their desired career and selecting appropriate courses to teach them these skills.
• determining possible careers that correspond with academic interests.
• creating a plan for what comes after graduation and which courses to take in future semesters.

Hustle & Grow for Photography and Film & Video/Cinematic Arts majors will be offered on Monday, October 1st, 2018 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm in the Kinney Hall 3rd Floor Lab Lounge.

Sign up for a 15 minute session on CCADcareers.com. If you’ve never used the job board before, your username is your full @go.ccad.edu email address (including the @go.ccad.edu part). You may need to create a password by using ‘forgot password’ to gain access since the job board doesn’t use the same credentials as your other CCAD logins automatically. Prepare for your session by knowing or researching some specific job roles or career types you may be interested in after graduating. If you aren’t sure of your career interests yet, you can also prepare by knowing some key skill areas you hope to develop with your remaining time at CCAD.
