Andy Havens is a marketing communications professional with over 25 years of experience in retail, business-to-business and non-profit marketing. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Writing and has worked for Verizon Wireless, Vorys/Sater and OCLC in Columbus. He has taught as an adjunct at CCAD since 2003, covering subjects such as marketing for designers, history of advertising and introduction to business. He is the author of two urban-fantasy novels, a bunch of poetry and co-authored a scholarly report on social media and online trust.
