Dr. Jeannine Kraft, who studied art history at The Ohio State University, and got her PhD at the National University of Ireland Galway, has worked in art history since the mid 1990s, developing a specialty in contemporary art and Irish Studies. Jeannine Kraft earned her BA and her MA from The Ohio State University, and her PhD in 2019.
 
Jeannine is a Professor and has been Chair of the History of Art & Visual Culture department at Columbus College of Art & Design since 2015 and has taught such classes as Critical Issues in the Contemporary Art World, The Mythic Irish Landscape, Modern to Contemporary Art, Historical Art and Design, Medieval Art, Baroque Art, and History of Design. Jeannine Kraft currently teaches Critical Issues in the Contemporary Art World and Historical Art and Design. Jeannine Kraft’s professional recognition includes The Denny Griffith Faculty Excellence Award (2016) and multiple CCAD Faculty Development and travel grants (2011-2018). 
Kraft has presented her work at national and international conferences.
