Design Director, Landor & Fitch
With more than 25 years of experience in the world of retail design, I have played an active part in the ongoing retail evolution of recent decades. Working on a wide variety of projects for countless brands across the globe, I bring a passion to present the world with a better shopping experience. Formally trained in graphic design, my introduction to retail design came with Columbus-based RPA (Retail Planning Associates, later to be acquired by FITCH). I went on to collaborate with many of the industry’s premier retail design agencies here in Ohio, including Design Forum, FRCH, Chute Gerdeman, and eventually Landor & Fitch.
For 9 years, I directed a multi-studio, 24/7 global design team for Dell, one of the Landor & Fitch’s largest clients, orchestrating in-store retail programs across multiple channels. As one of Fitch’s longest-tenured leaders, I’ve led a variety of teams focusing on global roll-out programs, strategic innovation, and elevated thinking to transform clients’ brands—moving beyond relevant with new ways to serve and delight customers. I motivate my teams with positive vibes, bold determination, and real-world industry expertise.
My client roster crosses categories and industries, with blue-chip clients such as Dell, Hilton, M&M Mars, Walmart, Microsoft, Sherwin-Williams, Enterprise, Macerich’s BrandBox, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sleep Number, Bath & Body Works, Scotts, TJ Maxx, Fresh Express, Rustan’s, and Lowe’s.
