Pete has spent the past 23 years as a results-oriented leader, with multi-dimensional experience across multiple lines of business and functions within JPMorgan Chase. He is a collaborative relationship builder with a track record for delivering complex, end-to-end solutions and a proven team builder, who creates destination culture and develops leaders. He is currently the Head of Consumer Bank Portfolio Strategy & Execution, an organization focused on investment prioritization, resource alignment to priorities and program delivery.

Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Consumer Bank Branch Administration and Operations, which is responsible for Branch Policies and Procedures, Internal Controls, Field Support, Change Management, Project Management, and coordination and oversight of Branch Operations. Before transitioning to the Consumer Bank he played a variety of roles in Business Banking, including acting as the Head of National Cash Management Sales and the Head of Strategy and Business Development.

Previous experience with the firm includes helping build the Consumer and Community Bank’s Oversight & Control Organization as the Control Officer Executive for Business Banking, leading the firm’s image archiving Center of Excellence (iVault), and thirteen years as a Senior Internal Audit Manager covering the CCB businesses.

Pete is actively involved in the leadership of JPMorgan Chase’s Columbus Location and has served as Co-Chairman of the Central Ohio Market Leadership Team. He is also an Executive Committee Member on the Board of Directors of the Economic Community Development Institute (ECDI), and a Committee Member for the Cristo Rey High School Professional Work Study Program.

Pete holds a MBA, with a concentration in Leadership & Organizational Behavior from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Louisville. He has also completed Leaders Morgan Chase and Leading Across the Franchise, invitation based advanced leadership training within JPMorgan Chase.

Pete and his wife Kim reside in Galena, Ohio. Their oldest son Drew is a Junior at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and their youngest, Jake is a Freshman at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
