Steven Brown has been teaching philosophy at a variety of Columbus institutions of higher learning since 2004. His particular areas of expertise include Ethical Theory, Applied Ethics, Philosophy of Religion, and Asian Philosophies. He is interested in building bridges between academic insight and practical action, and has had the privilege to work with multiple emerging non-profit organizations seeking to address global wealth inequality as well as arts and education access in Ohio prisons.
