Urvi Patel is a transformational and leadership coach who helps women of color impact makers, leaders, and visionaries step into their power in order to achieve massive results in their professional and personal lives.

Prior to launching her business, Urvi dedicated her career to creating lasting social change through community and equity-building initiatives. As a communications strategist and nonprofit leader, she has worked across public and private sectors, leading award-winning campaigns to make an impact on social justice issues. She has led training on uncovering unconscious bias and currently speaks on topics of womxn of color leadership, gender and racial equity, the role of personal transformation in collective power and social impact, and conscious leadership.

She holds an undergraduate degree in international relations and business from Boston University and a master’s degree in global communication and public diplomacy from The George Washington University.
