Several CCAD family members received Individual Excellence Awards from the Ohio Arts Council at the end of March. They include: Christopher Burk (Fine Arts, 2000), Daric Gill (Fine Arts, 2004), Cody Miller (Illustration, 1995), Mike Olenick (Media Studies, Still-Based, 2000), Laura Sanders (Fine Arts, 1988), and Adjunct Instructor Boryana Rusenova Ina (Fine Arts, 2006). Cat Sheridan (Fine Arts, 2003) named Director of Ohio Arts Council's Riffe Gallery, starting Monday, April 8.

Jessika Raisor (Animation, 2019), was one of 15 students in the second annual class of NASA Psyche Inspired interns, who came from around the country and from different majors to make artistic and creative works about NASA’s Psyche mission. Read more here.

Jennifer Sowders (Illustration, 1994) is among the artists with work in the Columbus Cultural Arts Center exhibition Operation Monarch, which opens Friday, April 5, and will be on view through Saturday, May 11. Read more here.
