Savannah Gallery to feature Fine Arts alumna

Fine Arts alumna Lisa Watson (CCAD 1991) will have work included in a show at Indigo Sky Community Gallery in Savannah, GA, beginning March 15.

The exhibition, Familiar Terrain, will include works by Watson and Lind Hollingsworth, who were both influenced by their neighborhood and city surroundings.

"Human impact, whether it's architecture, necessary utilities, or industry, is most definitely a concern, but portrayed with a sense of positivity," the artists said about the exhibition. "Landscape, with its many intricate qualities, is rendered with each artist using layered textures and paint."

The exhibition runs through April 5 at Indigo Sky Community Gallery, 915 Waters Ave., Savannah, GA, 31404.

Watson currently lives in Savannah, GA.
