Don't forget, this week is UOKCCAD? Sexual Violence Awareness, Prevention, and Empowerment Week. Programming is focused on raising awareness about healthy sexuality, learning how to prevent sexual violence, and empowering survivors on-campus and everywhere. Programming for the week includes:

The Clothesline Project
Tuesday, April 4, 4 - 6 p.m.
Loann Crane Center for Design Lobby

The Clothesline Project is a visual display of shirts with messages and illustrations that have been designed by survivors of sexual or gender-based violence or those who love people directly impacted by such violence.

Pizza with a Purpose: Sexual Violence and the LGBTQIA+ Community
Wednesday, April 5, 11 a.m. - noon
Loann Crane Center for Design Multipurpose Room

Will Varnum, LISW-S, Victim Services Coordinator at the Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization (BRAVO) will provide resources and lead a discussion about potential barriers when reporting violence as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. New Student Seminar Credit is offered; join the conversation and eat some pizza!

You Got Fight: Self-Defense Class
Thursday, April 6, 7 - 9 p.m.
Joseph V. Canzani Center Multipurpose Room

Learn mental and physical self-defense in this gender-inclusive workshop, open to all students. Space is limited, so RSVP to [email protected] to save your spot!
