She earned her BA in Fine Art from Hillsdale College and her MA in Art History from University of Cincinnati, DAAP.     Kat studied at Ohio University and has worked in both scholarly and pedagogical fields in Art History since 2008, developing a specialty in Contemporary Middle Eastern Art. Kat earned her BA in 2008 and MA in 2010 in Art History at Ohio University, and completed her PhD in Interdisciplinary Arts from Ohio University in 2018.
