WHAT IS THE ADDRESS AND FAX NUMBER TO THE ONE STOP OFFICE?

HOW CAN I REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT?

Transcripts may be ordered in three ways–online, in person, or through the mail. The transcript fee is $5 per transcript for regular processing (5-7 days) and an additional $10 rush fee for rush processing (less than 2 days). There is no charge for an unofficial transcript.

  • Online: Current students and those with active CCAD Self Service accounts may access the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Site through Self Service to order transcripts and enrollment verification's online. Alumni and former students should use the secure clearinghouse website to order transcripts online.
  • In Person: Stop by the One Stop Student Services Office, on the first floor of the Loann Crane Center, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • By Mail: Download, complete, and mail the Transcript Request Form and/or Verification Request Form to:

HOW CAN I LOG INTO SELF SERVICE?

Your Self Service "Username" is the first part of your CCAD GoMail (before the @go.ccad.edu).
Username example for JSmith.1@go.ccad.edu would be JSmith.1.
Password: To improve security, your Self Service password follows this pattern: JS.123456.
Uppercase first initial of first name, uppercase first initial of last name, followed by a period '.' and then the last six digits of your US Social Security Number (no dashes).
If you don't know your last six digits or don't have a Social Security Number, please contact the One Stop Office at 614.222.3295.

 

HOW DO I ADD CLASSES/DROP COURSES?

Current students can add and drop courses online from the first day of pre-registration to the last day to add. After the last day to add you must come to the One Stop to fill out an add/drop form to drop courses. First year students must add/drop their courses at the One Stop; online registration is not permitted until your third term at CCAD.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT?

To begin using CCAD ePayment, authorized students can log on to Self Service by using your CCAD Username and Password. Once you have logged on to Self Service, click the Finances tab, click the Balance link to view your balance information, and then select Make a Payment. You will be re-directed to the CCAD ePayment center, where you can then follow instructions there to make a payment, purchase additional items, sign up for eRefund and/or create Parent PINs.

CCAD ePayment services include:
  • Make domestic payments using eCheck (ACH). There is no service charge for making payments via eCheck (ACH).
  • Make payments using Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express (online only). Please note that a non-refundable 2.75% service charge is added to all credit card payments.
  • Purchase additional items such as parking passes.
  • Sign up for eRefund.
  • Setup parents, guardians or other authorized users with Parent PINs for making online payments via CCAD ePayment (CashNet).

 

WEEKLY ADD/DROP SCHEDULE FOR 16 WEEK FULL SESSION COURSES

FEES TO DROP CLASSES

Weeks 1-2: 10% of tuition

Weeks 3-4: 40% of tuition and 100% of lab fees

Week 5: 80% of tuition and 100% of lab fees

Weeks 6-16: 100% tuition and lab fees

 

Transcripts and enrollment verifications

Transcripts and enrollment verifications can be ordered online, in person or by mail. Enrollment verifications are free of charge. The transcript fee is $5 per transcript for regular processing (five to seven days) and an additional $10 rush fee for rush processing (less than two days). Keep in mind that last-minute requests are difficult to process during certain periods of the academic year.

Online: Go to the secure National Student Clearinghouse website and click on "Order-Track-Verify." Online transcript requests that are submitted while the college is closed for the holidays will be processed in the order they were received when the college offices reopen.

In person: Stop by and see us at the One Stop Student Services Office on the first floor of the Loann Crane Center for Design (open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

By mail: Download, complete and mail the Transcript Request Form and/or Verification Request Form to:

All requests must include your full name (and maiden name if applicable), signature, Social Security number, date of birth, current address, years of attendance, number of copies desired and the complete names and addresses of individuals or organizations that the transcripts should be sent to.
